By booking, purchasing, or taking part in any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

1:1 coaching
Group coaching
Courses (self-paced and live)
Workshops and events
Retreats
Digital downloads
Memberships and subscriptions
Services may be delivered online, in person, or in a group setting.

Through Podia
Via our website
Through other platforms or booking links we use from time to time
These Terms apply regardless of the platform used.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise
Payment is usually required in advance
Some services may be offered with instalment plans
Deposits, where offered, are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise
All payments are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise
Any specific payment terms will be clearly shown at the point of purchase.
At least 36 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
Missed sessions are non-refundable
Rescheduling after late cancellation is at our discretion
No refunds are offered for coaching or services
Digital products are non-refundable by default
Some products may have time limits or access windows, which will be clearly stated at purchase
If you have a genuine issue, you can contact us to discuss, but refunds are not guaranteed
Refunds are at our discretion
Where possible, you may be able to transfer your place to another person or date
If exceptional circumstances arise, you are encouraged to get in touch
We strongly recommend travel insurance for retreats and in-person events
By taking part in our services, you acknowledge that:
Coaching and courses are not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment
Nothing we offer is a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice
Results are not guaranteed
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing
Some offerings involve physical activity, including movement, somatic practices, breathwork, and outdoor experiences.
By participating, you confirm that:
You are physically and mentally able to take part
You will listen to your body and take responsibility for your limits
You understand there is an inherent level of risk in physical and outdoor activities
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.
We expect all participants to behave respectfully.
We reserve the right to:
Remove anyone from a session, group, or community if behaviour is harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate
Do so without refund
This applies to live sessions, online spaces, and community groups.
All content provided as part of our services, including:
Written materials
Videos and recordings
Exercises and frameworks
Is for personal use only.
You may not copy, share, reproduce, resell, or distribute our content without written permission.
We may link to or recommend third-party platforms, tools, or content.

Are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices
Our services are for adults only.
You must be 18 or over to purchase or participate.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
